仔猪抗大肠杆菌性F4 ac腹泻病分子遗传机理研究进展

摘要
产肠毒素大肠杆菌F4ac(ETEC F4ac)是引发新生和断奶前仔猪腹泻病的最主要致病菌,分离和鉴别猪ETEC F4ac受体目的基因及因果突变位点成为猪ETEC F4ac腹泻抗病育种的关键。对仔猪抗大肠杆菌性腹泻病分子遗传机理研究进展进行综述,以期为培育种猪抗腹泻病新品系奠定理论基础。
Abstract
Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F4ac (ETEC F4ac) were major causes of diarrhea in piglets. Therefore, identification and isola-tion of piglet ETEC F4ac Receptor genes and causal mutations were the keys to diarrhea disease resistance breeding of piglet ETEC F4ac. In this research, the research progress on the molecular genetic mechanism resistant to ETEC diarrhea disease in piglet was reviewed, aiming at providing references for the research on new lines cultivation of anti-diarrhea piglet.
