摘要
[目的]建立一种同时测定光枝勾儿茶中芦丁和槲皮素的含量的方法。[方法]采用HPLC法对光枝勾儿茶内的芦丁和槲皮素进行测定,色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,检测波长360 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃;进样量10μL。[结果]芦丁和槲皮素分别在0.109~1.090和0.104~1.040μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。芦丁平均回收率为98.84%,RSD为2.34%;槲皮素平均回收率为99.65%,RSD为2.51%。[结论]该方法简便、准确、精密度高、重复性好,可用于该药材的质量检测。
Abstract
[Objective] The determination method of rutin and quercetin in Berchemia polyphylla Wall was established at same time. [Method] The contain of rutin and quercetin in Berchemia polyphylla Wall was tested with HPLC method, in which, the column was ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm);the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution;the detection wavelength, 360 nm;the flow rate, 1. 0 mL / min;the column temperature, 25℃ and the injection volume, 10μL. [Result] There was good linear relationship between the content of rutin and quercetin and the value of testing peak area when the contain of rutin and quercetinin was in the range of 0. 109~1. 090 and 0. 104-1. 040 μg respectively. Average recovery ratio of rutin was 98. 84% and RSD was 2. 34%; average recovery ratio of quercetin was 99. 65% and RSD 2. 51%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate, high precision and good repeatability that could be used in the meas-urement of the Chinese medicine quality.
