摘要

水库枢纽工程属于暂无用地标准建设项目,在建设项目用地预审阶段,需对其用地情况开展节地评价。该研究根据节地评价体系指标选择原则,以建设项目节约集约用地的概念和内涵为基础,结合项目特点,以土地利用规模、结构和效益最为评价目标,构建了一种水库枢纽工程建设项目的节地评价体系,并以一座中型水库作为实例数据对其评价结果进行了探讨。

Abstract

Reservoir project temporarily has no standard for construction of land use. In the prequalification of land use stage, the land-saving e-valuation work should be done. According to the index selection principles of land-saving evaluation system, concept and connotation of construc-tion land saving and intensive use were taken as the basis. Combined with the characters of reservoir project, land use scale, structure and bene-fit were used as the evaluation targets. Land-saving evaluation system of a reservoir hub construction project was established. With a middle res-ervoir as instance data, the evaluation results were discussed.
