城市近郊区新型职业农民培育对象特征分析--以昆明市西山区为例

摘要
城市近郊区是与中心城市的经济、文化发展密切相关的农村人口聚集的区域。西山区作为昆明市城市近郊区，在新型职业农民培育上较具代表性。笔者采用问卷调查和实地访谈相结合的方法，分析了2015年昆明市西山区新型职业农民培育对象的性别、年龄、文化程度特征、职业化特征、需求特征。结果显示，城市近郊区农民文化程度、职业化程度较高，对培训的需求呈现出多样性，旨在为城市近郊区新型职业农民培育工作的顺利推进奠定基础。
Abstract
City faubourg is rural population gathering area and closely related to economic and cultural development of central city. Xishan Region of Kunming City as the faubourg has representativeness on cultivating the new professional farmers. The gender, age, cultural level and professional characteristics, demands of new professional farmers in Xishan Region in Kunming City in 2015 were analyzed by using question-naire investigation and field interview. The results showed that farmers’ cultural level and professional degree in city faubourg was higher, the demand for training presented diversity. So this paper aims to lay the foundation for promoting professional farmers cultivation smoothly in city faubourg.
