摘要
[目的]筛选能够代表君迁子营养生长特性的核心性状,为君迁子的分类和目标性状的早期选择提供依据。[方法]调查了500株1年生君迁子实生苗混杂群体休眠期的7个生长性状(地茎粗、株高、分枝数、主干节数、节间长、主根长、分根数),进行了性状间的相关性和主成分分析,并就易于观察的4个地上生长性状进行了次数分布研究。[结果]君迁子实生苗群体尽管存在多样性表现,但各生长性状之间存在显著的相关性。[结论]地茎粗、株高及分枝数3个生长性状与其他性状间的相关性最为显著,可以作为核心生长指标用于君迁子资源的早期筛选和评价。
Abstract
Objective] The evidence for scientific classification and the early choice of the target trait of Diospyros lotus L.was provided through the experiment in the selection of the core indicators of the characteristics reflecting nutritional growth.[Method] Seven growth characteristics of 500 seedlings of one-year-old Diospyros lotus L.including subterranean stem diameter, plant height, number of lateral branch, number of stem node, internode length and taproot length, number of lateral root within dormant season was analyzed in the correlation among traits and principal component.And the frequency distribution of four aerial traits that were easy to be measured was studied.[Result] The studies showed that even though there was diversity in one-year-old seedlings, there was obvious correlation among traits.[Conclusion] The correlation between the sub-terranean stem diameter, plant height, number of lateral branch and other traits, respectively, is the most significant, which can be used as key growth indicator in early choice and evaluation of target trait traits.
