摘要

以南苕溪汪家埠断面水质达标为目标,针对近期(2015年)及中期(2020年)排污布局,以 NH3-N 为控制因子,利用 MIKE11模型建立的污染物排放与水质响应关系模型,采用试算法计算了给定设计条件的青山污水厂最大允许排放量及青山水库最小下泄流量。在基础调查和计算分析的基础上,结合研究区域实际,提出了南苕溪汪家埠断面水质达标的若干针对性保障措施,可为环境管理提供决策参考。

Abstract

With the objective of water quality up-to-standard safeguards for Wangjiabu Section of Nantiao Creek, NH3-N was used as the control factor.According to the layout of pollution discharge in 2015 and 2020, MIKE11 model was used to establish the response relation model between pollutant discharge and water quality.The maximum permitted discharge amount of Qingshan Sewage Plant and the minimum discharge of Qings -han Reservoir were calculated under the given condition by trial method.Based on the basic investigation and computational analysis, specific safeguard measures for water quality up-to-standard safeguards were put forward by combining with the actual situation of research region , which provided decision-making references for environment management.
