摘要
[目的]分析玉米 MAPK5与 bZIP72蛋白之间的相互作用。[方法]构建双分子荧光互补表达载体 pN -MAPK5和 pC -bZIP72,应用基因枪轰击洋葱表皮细胞瞬时表达,在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察 MAPK5与 bZIP72蛋白相互作用产生的荧光信号。[结果] Zm-MAPK5与 ZmbZIP72的 BiFC 融合载体同时轰击洋葱表皮细胞,细胞核中能发出黄色荧光。[结论] ZmMAPK5与 ZmbZIP72在植物细胞核内相互作用。
Abstract
Objective] To analyze the interaction between MAPK5 and bZIP72.[Method] Two BiFc plasmids (pN-MAPK5 and pC-bZIP72) were constructed, then transfected into onion epidermal cells via gene-gun approach.The interaction between MAPK5 and bZIP72 was examined by confocal laser scanning microscopy.[Result] Yellow fluorescence was observed in the onion epidermal cells transfected with ZmMAPK5 and ZmbZIP72.[Conclusion] This research indicates that ZmMAPK5 and ZmbZIP72 interacts with each other in vivo.
