摘要

[目的]建立黔产景天三七药材中没食子酸含量的测定方法,并对不同采收期、不同部位的干、鲜品药材中没食子酸含量进行比较研究。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为 Phenomex Gimini C 18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇:0.05%磷酸水(5∶95);流速为1 mL/min ;检测波长为273 nm;柱温为25℃。[结果]没食子酸在0.018~0.570μg(r =0.9999)线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为100.44%,RSD 值为1.63%(n =6)。[结论]该方法简单、快速准确,可用于景天三七药材不同采收期、不同部位及干、鲜品的景天三七药材质量控制。

Abstract

[Objective] The determination method of the content of gallic acid in Guizhou Sedum aizoon L.was established and the method forthe comparative analysis of its content in the fresh and dried raw material from different harvest time and different parts was conducted.[Method]HPLC method was adopted and the separation was carried with the column of Phenomex Gimini C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobilephase of methanol -0.05% phosphoric(5∶95) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength of 273 nm and column temperature of 25℃.[Results] The linear relation(r =0.999 9) of gallic acid was good in the range of 0.018 -0.570 μg.The average recovery rate was 100.44%, the value of RSD was 1.63%(n =6).[Conclusion] The method is rapid, simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control ofthe fresh and dried medicinal material of Guizhou Sedum aizoon L.from different parts and harvest seasons.
