种植密度对菊花产量和有效成分含量的影响

摘要
[目的]研究不同种植密度对香菊产量和有效成分含量的影响,为菊花的规范化种植提供依据。[方法]在大田按不同株行距设置处理,分5个不同的密度处理,株行距分别为30 cm ×30 cm、40 cm ×40 cm、50 cm ×50 cm、60 cm ×60 cm、70 cm ×70 cm。测定香菊花的产量,用高效液相色谱法测定各处理花中绿原酸、总黄酮、挥发油的含量。[结果]在株行距40 cm ×40 cm ~50 cm ×50 cm 时,香菊花的产量和有效成分含量趋于稳定。[结论]综合产量和有效成分含量因素,在进行香菊规范化栽培时可选择株行距为40 cm ×40 cm 的栽培密度。
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to study effects different planting densities on yield and effective components of Chinese chrysanthemum leaf,to provide basis for standardized cultivation of chrysanthemum.[Method] The expetiment were designed into five densities process: 30 cm × 30 cm,40 cm ×40 cm,50 cm ×50 cm,60 cm ×60 cm,70 cm ×70 cm.The yield of Chinese chrysanthemum leaf and the chlorogenic acid,total falconoid,volatile oil in flowers were studied.[Result] The results showed that yield and effective component content of Chinese chrysanthemum leaf were stable with the density 40 cm ×40 cm to 50 cm ×50 cm.[Conclusion] The planting density of 40 cm ×40 cm could be selected in the standardized cultivation of Chinese chrysanthemum leaf considering yield and effective component content.
