摘要
在对江苏省212户农村家庭进行问卷调查的基础上，对江苏省农户转入与转出集体建设用地的意愿和行为进行了描述性统计，分析总结了农户转入和转出集体建设用地行为的特征现状；从区域因素、家庭因素、经济因素和政策保障因素对比分析了农户集体建设用地转入与转出意愿影响因素的特征。
Abstract
Based on the questionnaire survey of 212 rural households in Jiangsu Province, the paper makes a descriptive statistics on the willing-ness and behavior of farmers in Jiangsu Province to transfer in and transfer out the collective construction land, and summarizes the characteristics and status of the behavior; comparatively analyzes features of influencing factors of collective construction land transfer including regional factors, family factors, economic factors and policy guarantee factors.
