摘要
在我国农业兼业化、农民老年化、农村空心化问题日益突出，新型职业农民培育的制约因素明显增加的背景下，基于安徽省农业资源现状，从安徽省城镇化发展水平、劳动力就业和人口发展趋势、农业产业发展及人才需求情况、农户家庭规模经营现状、农业社会化服务发展趋势等角度进行可行性论证，以安徽省委省政府及有关部门公布的决定、规划和相关数据为基准，分产业、分类型对安徽省新型职业农民需求数量进行分析预测，以期为相关研究提供借鉴。
Abstract
In the background that the development of agricultural industrialization, aging farmers and few farmers in rural was becoming promi-nent and the factors limiting new type of specialty farmer-cultivating was significantly increasing in China, based on the status of agricultural re-sources in Anhui Province the feasibility in the development of new type of specialty farmer was analyzed from the viewpoint of the development level of urbanization, population and labor force market, agricultural industry and its demand in special talent, the status of farmer family size and its business, social service in agricultural production.The prediction and analysis of the demand in new type of specialty farmer in Anhui ac-cording to industry and classification were done based on the policies and data announced by Anhui Provincial Government and relevant depart-ments, which could provide the reference for related research.
