摘要
基于科技部推出的科技成果第三方评价的新型评价方式，以中国农学会为例，分析中国农学会开展成果评价的优势、承接评价职能的依据、成果评价的基本情况，论述中国农学会成果评价的做法与经验、成果评价的积极作用和社会影响，以期适应政府职能转变，提升科研工作质量、促进科技成果转化，并为相关研究提供借鉴。
Abstract
Based on the new evaluation method of the third-party evaluation of scientific and technological achievements implemented by the Ministry of Science and Technology, we analyzed the basic situations of achievements evaluation, the references of undertake evaluation func-tion and the advantage of achievements evaluation of Chinese Association of Agricultural Science Societies.The actions and experiences of a-chievements evaluation, the active function and social influence of achievements evaluation of Chinese Association of Agricultural Science Soci-eties were discussed, so as to adapt to the functional change of government, to enhance the quality of scientific research work, to promote the transformation of science and technology achievements, and to provide references for relevant researches.
