摘要

[目的]研究离子印迹纳米TiO2对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附特性。[方法]采用表面离子印迹技术,在醋酸溶液中以重铬酸钾为模板,以壳聚糖为单体,以KH-560为交联剂,在纳米TiO2表面接枝制备Cr(Ⅵ)印迹聚合物,并通过扫描电镜、静态吸附平衡试验研究聚合物的结构、形貌特征及吸附特性。[结果]铬离子印迹纳米TiO2对0.30 mg/mL的铬溶液在pH 2.0、振荡30 min、吸附剂用量0.30 g时有较好的吸附效果,吸附率可达96.2%。用13 mL 1.0 mol/L的HCl溶液洗脱40 min即可将其脱附90%以上。在此优化条件下,印迹和非印迹物的饱和吸附容量分别为47.7和23.5 mg/g,印迹物的特异性吸附量为6.92 mg/g,最大富集倍数为100倍。样品加标回收率为95.7%~105.2%,RSD为1.90%~5.05%。[结论]Cr(Ⅵ)印迹聚合物具有良好的吸附性能,特异性吸附显著。

Abstract

Objective] To research the adsorption properties of ionic imprinted nano-TiO2 on Cr(Ⅵ).[Method] By using surface ion imprinted technique,Cr (Ⅵ) imprinted nanometer TiO2 was prepared in acetic acid solution,with K2Cr2O7 as template molecule,chitosan as the functional monomer,and KH-560 as cross-linker.Besides,the structure,appearance and adsorption properties of this polymer were studied by adopting scan-ning electron microscopy (SEM) and static adsorption balanced experiment.[Result] This polymer had a good ability of adsorbing Cr (Ⅵ) under the condition of pH 2,adsorption vibrating for 30 min and the 0.30 g dosage.The adsorption rate could reach 96.2%.When put in 13 mL of 1 mol/L NaOH solution for 40 minutes,the rate would reach 90%.The maximum adsorption capacity of the imprinted and non-imprinted polymer particles were 23.5 and 47.7 mg/g,respectively,and the selectivity of adsorption was 6.92 mg/g.The maximum enrichment multiple was 100. Adding standard recovery rate was between 95.7% and 105.2%,while the relative standard deviation (RSD) was between 1.90%and 5.05%. [Conclusion] Cr (Ⅵ) imprinted polymer has relatively good adsorption property and significant specific adsorption.
