摘要

[目的]探究水杨酸(SA)对茉莉生长、开花及部分生理指标的影响。[方法]以盆栽茉莉为试验材料,对其幼苗叶片喷施不同浓度的SA溶液,分析其幼苗部分形态及生理生化指标的变化。[结果]喷施不同浓度SA溶液均能促使茉莉叶片和花的数量增多,且增幅均高于对照组,浓度为0.8 mmol/L的SA处理组叶片数量上升最为明显,浓度为1.2 mmol/L的SA处理组花数量上升幅度最大;SA在一定程度上可降低茉莉叶片丙二醛和可溶性糖含量;喷施一定浓度的SA可促进茉莉叶片脯氨酸含量的增加,SA浓度过高或过低均不利于叶片脯氨酸含量的增加。[结论]喷施适宜浓度的SA溶液可增加茉莉叶片膜系统的稳定性,提高其抗逆性,对茉莉的生长和开花具有较好的促进作用。

Abstract

Objective] To research the effects of exogenous salicylic acid (SA) on growth and some physiological indexes in Jasminun sam-bac (L.) Ait.[Method] With potted J.sambac as the test materials, SA solutions in different concentrations were sprayed to seedling leaves. Changes of some morphology and physiological indexes in seedlings were analyzed.[Result] The number of leaves and flowers in J.sambac seedlings increased after spraying different SA concentrations, and the increase range was all greater than that in control(CK).Leaf number in 0.8 mmol/L SA treatment group enhanced the most significantly.Flower number in 1.2 mmol/L SA treatment group had the greatest enhance-ment.SA reduced the malondialdehyde and soluble sugar contents in certain degrees.Spraying a given concentration of SA promoted the in-crease of proline content in J.sambac leaves.Too high or too low SA concentration was not helpful to the increase of proline content.[ Con-clusion] Spraying suitable SA concentration increases the stability of membrane system, enhances resistance and promotes the growth and flow-ering of J.sambac.
