北五味子“红珍珠”组织培养研究

摘要
[目的]研究适合北五味子“红珍珠”组织培养的方法。[方法]以北五味子“红珍珠”为试材，研究不同外植体、激素对其组织培养诱导、分化和生根的影响。[结果]以春季嫩枝为外植体，分化培养基为1／2MS ＋6－BA 2．0 mg／L ＋NAA 0．01 mg／L ＋ZT 0．1 mg／L，以1／2MS＋IAA 1．0 mg／L＋IBA 2．0 mg／L 生根效果较好，有利于北五味子“红珍珠”根系的生长。[结论]筛选出北五味子“红珍珠”适宜的组织培养配方，为其大规模工厂化育苗提供技术支撑。
Abstract
Objective] The aim was to obtain the suitable tissue culture method for Schisandra chinensis‘Red pearl’ .[ Method] The effects of different explants and hormones on the induction, differentiation and rooting of tissue culture were studied.[ Result] With spring shoots as explants, the differentiation culture medium was 1/2MS +6-BA 2.0 mg/L +NAA 0.01 mg/L +ZT 0.1 mg/L.1/2MS+IAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 2.0 mg/L had better rooting effect, which was conducive to the growth of root system of Schisandra chinensis‘Red pearl’.[Conclu-sion] The suitable tissue culture formula of Schisandra chinensis‘Red pearl’ is selected, which can provide the technical support for large-scale breeding.
