摘要
运用ArcGIS空间分析方法，结合坡度因子和地质灾害易发性因子分析盈江县林地利用现状。研究表明，盈江县林地资源总量较大，大部分林地分布在坡度较陡且地质灾害易发性较高的区域，其中以有林地为主，地质灾害对林地保护影响较大。最后提出要充分认识山体林地资源保护管理的重要意义；严格控制建设用地占用林地；加强林地防灾、抗灾、减灾能力建设；优化林种结构，不断提高林地生产力；实施林地分级保护制度；健全林政管理机构，加强森林资源林政管理队伍建设等林地保护利用的对策。
Abstract
ArcGIS spatial analysis method was used to analyze the woodland use status in Yingjiang County by combining with the slope factor and geohazard emergence factor.Results showed that the amount of woodland resources in Yingjiang County was abundant .And most of them lo-cated in steep area with high-frequency geohazard.Among them, closed woodland was the most, and geohazard had significant impacts on forest protection.Finally, we pointed out that we should fully understand the importance of protection and management woodland resource , strengthen the construction of disaster control and prevent of woodland should, optimize the woodland structure, continuously improve woodland productivity, apply classification protection system of woodland , perfect the management organization of forest administration , strengthen the team construction of forest administration and so on .
