总结了淮安区气象为农服务工作取得的成效，梳理了存在的问题和薄弱环节，为不断深化和加快发展淮安区气象为农服务提出积极对策。
Abstract
The achievements of meteorological service for agriculture was summarized in Huaian area .The existing problems and weak links were researched.Positive countermeasures were put forward to deepen and accelerate the development of meteorological service for agriculture in Hua-ian area.
