摘要
基于全国范围内大规模的土地流转现状及对我国农药生产经营企业的产品研发走向、销售渠道构建、技术服务方式和风险控制等方面产生的重大影响，建议农药生产经营企业积极应对该变革，在观念更新、渠道重建、产品定位和风险控制等方面作出科学的应对和调整，以期推进农药企业的科学发展。
Abstract
Based on the status of large-scale land circulation in China and its influences to products development direction, marketing chan-nels, technical service ways and risk control of pesticide production and operation enterprises, it was suggested that the enterprises should ac-tively respond to the change and scientific adjustment should be carried out from aspects of idea renewing, channel rebuilding, products posi-tioning and risk control, so as to promote scentific development of pesticide enterprises.
