摘要
农业信息化要求高效开发农业信息资源，在网络环境下构建农业科技信息资源共享服务平台，提高农业科技信息服务水平。笔者根据石家庄市周边区域农业生产现状和主要作物类型，结合石家庄市农林科学研究院的科研成果、技术、人才和信息服务优势，设计构建了农业专家在线指导平台，实现了专家技术服务综合化和高效化，解决了农业信息服务的“最后一公里”问题。
Abstract
Agricultural informatization is the efficient development of agricultural information resource in network environment building agricul-tural science and technology information resource sharing service platform, which improves the level of agricultural science and technology in-formation service.According to the present situation of agricultural production and the main crop type in surrounding areas of Shijiazhuang , we designed the agricultural experts online guide platform based on the combination of scientific achievements, technology, talents and information services advantages in Shijiazhuang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.Comprehensive and efficient expert technical services were realized, which solved the “Last Mile Problem” of agricultural information service.
