农户参与农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款意愿影响因素分析--基于内蒙古包头市土右旗调研数据

摘要
基于2015年在内蒙古土默特右旗调研数据，针对农户获得农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款意愿影响因素进行了交叉表分析。结果表明，农户获得农地抵押贷款意愿比较强烈，其中，年龄、文化程度、劳动力人数、耕地面积、农业年总收入、金融机构服务满意度与政策了解度都对农户参与意愿有着显著影响。
Abstract
Based on the investigation data of Tumd Right Banner, Inner Mongolia in 2015, factors influencing farmers’ willingness in partici-pation in rural land contract and management right mortgage loan were analyzed. The results showed that farmers’ willingness to obtain mort-gage loan was quite strong. Age, educational background, number of labor force, cultivated land area, annual total income in agriculture, sat-isfaction degree on financial institution service and policy understanding degree had significant effects on farmers participation willingness.
