摘要
农作物秸秆是一种宝贵的生物资源，有极高的利用价值，然而目前秸秆资源的利用现状令人堪忧。该研究主要介绍了哈尔滨市秸秆利用的传统方式以及综合利用的新途径，阐述了秸秆资源高效利用存在的主要问题并进行剖析，提出了相应的保障措施。
Abstract
Crop straw is a kind of precious biological resources with extremely high utilization value. However, the utilization status of straw re-searces confoundes fears at present. In this research, we mainly introduced the new pathway of comprehensive utilization and the traditional meth-od of straw utilization in Harbin City, and elaborated the main problems restricting the efficient utilization of staw resources. Relevant counter-measures were put forward.
