摘要

[目的]研究三孢布拉氏霉菌β-胡萝卜素发酵及其提取工艺的优化。[方法]利用三孢布拉氏霉菌发酵β-胡萝卜素,并通过分析发酵时间、干燥方法、保藏方式等因素对β-胡萝卜素含量的影响,确定β-胡萝卜素的制取工艺。[结果]试验得出,最适发酵时间为5 d,干燥方法为真空冷冻干燥机干燥法,保藏方法为下罐后较短时间内提取。按此工艺条件得到的β-胡萝卜素胞内含量为5.80%,发酵液中β-胡萝卜素含量可达到0.44 g/L。[结果]研究可为发酵法生产β-胡萝卜素及其提取工艺研究提供参考依据。

Abstract

Objective] To optimize the fermentation and extraction technology ofβ-carotene in Blakeslea trispora. [ Method] β-carotene was fermented by Blakeslea trispora. Effects of fermentation time, drying method and storage method onβ-carotene content were researched. The processing technology of β-carotene was determined. [ Result] The optimal fermentation time was 5 d;the drying method was vacuum freeze drying;and the storage method was extracting as soon as possible after the fermentation. Under this condition, β-carotene contents in thalli and fermentation liquid were 5. 80%;and 0. 44 g/L, respectively. [Conclusion] This research provides references for the research and ex-traction of β-carotene by fermentation method.
