摘要

[目的]研究土壤pH对羊草碳含量的影响,为吉林省西部草地生态管理提供科学依据。[方法]基于生态化学计量学理论,以吉林省西部盐碱化草地羊草为研究对象,研究不同盐碱化程度草地对羊草不同部位碳元素含量的影响。[结果]随着土壤pH的增大,羊草碳含量整体变化不明显。土壤pH大于9.73时,羊草根部碳元素含量有明显的下降趋势;羊草茎部碳元素含量整体近似恒定;羊草叶部碳元素含量波动较大,但整体变化不大。羊草主要器官维持自身稳定的能力由大到小依次为茎、根、叶。[结论]羊草耐盐碱性很强,是吉林省西部盐碱化草地重建的优势牧草。

Abstract

Objective] The aim was to study effects of soil pH on carbon contents of Leymus chinensis, to provide scientific basis for grassland ecological management in western Jilin Province. [Method] Based on the ecological stoichiometry theory, with L. chinensis collected from saline-alkaline grassland in western Jilin Province as the study object, effects of different degrees of saline-alkaline grassland on carbon contents in each part of L. chinensis were studied. [Result] The results indicated that with the gradual rise of soil pH, the carbon contents tend to keep stable. To be more specific, the carbon contents in root decrease rapidly when soil pH>9. 73; the carbon contents in leaf change more obviously but keep in around same value;the carbon contents in stems is nearly constant. The order of ability of maintaining its stability is stem>root>leaf. [ Conclusion] The ability of L. chinensis resistance to saline-alkaline grassland is quite great, proving L. chinensis to be dominant grass for the re-construction of saline-alkaline grassland in western Jilin Province.
