长春市“三旧”用地调查与分析

摘要
长春市作为东北老工业基地，经济、社会发展的同时伴随着大量的土地资源消耗，粗放的土地利用范式己难以为继，推进“三旧”改造工作，是城市经济社会实现可持续发展的必然选择。该研究首先探究了“三旧”内涵，并在此基础上内、外业结合完成长春市“三旧”土地利用现状调查，统计研究点的现状指标，基于AcrGIS 10软件构建数据库、绘制专题图件。通过调查，总结得出长春市“三旧”现状规模、空间分布、强度特征，为“三旧”改造潜力评价和改造布局规划提供一定的理论和数据支持。
Abstract
Changchun is the northeast old industrial base, its economic and social development is accompanied by a lot of land resource con-sumption. The extensive land use paradigm has been difficult to sustain. Therefore, promoting the transformation of the“Three-Old” is the inevi-table choice for the sustainable economic and social development in Jilin City. In this research, we firstly explored the “Three-Old” content. Based on this, land use investigation of the“Three-Old” in Changchun City was completed. The status indicator statistics of research points were carried out. Database was established and thematic maps were drawn based on AcrGIS 10 software. Through investigation, we summarized the status scale, spatial distribution and strength characteristics of the “Three-Old” in Changchun City, which provided certain theoretical and data support for the potential evaluation of “Three-Old” transformation and the layout plan of rebuilding.
