摘要
自2004年国家实施农机购置补贴政策以来，在逐年增长的补贴资金扶持下，新疆兵团农业机械化水平得到了大幅提高。因为农业是兵团的特色支柱产业，从而促进了经济快速发展，但在政策实施过程中仍然存在着补贴率较低、补贴机具名称不规范、部分机具补贴标准过高、补贴农机产品价格混乱等诸多问题。研究探讨了新形势下新疆兵团如何更高效、合理地使用国家农机补贴资金的问题，并提出了相应的对策及建议。
Abstract
Since 2004 the implementation of the national purchase of agricultural machinery subsidy, in the annual growth support of subsidy, Xinjiang corps’ agricultural mechanization has been greatly improved. Because agriculture is the corps’ pillar industry, thus contributing the e-conomic rapid development. But in the process of policy implementation remains several problems, such as lower subsidy rate, unstandard subsi-dized equipment names, high subsidy of some equipments, confusion of subsidized agricultural product prices and many other issues. How to more efficient and more rational use of national purchase of agricultural machinery subsidies in the new situation was discussed, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
