广东省碳排放权交易市场发展现状及问题研究

摘要
在我国积极应对气候变化发展碳排放交易市场的背景下，通过梳理广东省碳排放权交易市场的建设历程及发展现状，对比其与较为活跃的湖北交易市场运行机制的差异，总结了广东省碳排放权交易市场取得的成果与存在的问题，并从碳配额发放、碳金融市场建设、提高公众参与度等方面提出了完善广东省碳排放权交易机制的建议，为广东省碳排放权交易市场的发展及全国市场的建设提供了研究基础与实证依据。
Abstract
Under the background of China actively responds to the climate change and develops the carbon emissions trading market, this paper studies the construction process and development status of the carbon emissions trading market in Guangdong. Besides, the achievements and ex-isting problems of carbon emissions trading market in Guangdong are summarized by comparing with the operation mechanism of the market in Hubei. To improve the trading mechanism of carbon emissions in Guangdong, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of carbon quota allocation, construction of carbon financial market and improvement of public participation. The paper provides the research foundation and em-pirical basis for the development of Guangdong's carbon emissions trading market and the construction of the national market.
