摘要
随着马铃薯主粮化战略的提出，我国对马铃薯产业的重视程度日益加大。为促进我国马铃薯产业发展，研究和分析金融支持马铃薯产业发展的国际经验十分必要。研究阐述了荷兰和美国马铃薯产业的金融支持方式，并结合我国马铃薯产业的发展现状，提出应当从鼓励金融资本进入马铃薯育种产业，开发马铃薯产业链融资工具和发展马铃薯保险3方面实现金融支持马铃薯产业发展，期望为深入分析马铃薯产业的金融支持方式提供参考。
Abstract
With the development of potato staple food strategy, the potato industry has been paid more and more attention in China. In order to promote potato industrial development in China, it is necessary to research and analyze the international experience of financial support for the development of potato industry. This paper described the financial support mode of the potato industry in Netherlands and the United States, then combined with the current situation of potato industry in China, suggested that the financial support for the development of potato industry should be realized from three aspects:encouraging the financial capital to enter the potato breeding industry, developing potato value chain financing instruments and developing the potato insurance, so as to provide reference for deep analysis of potato industry financial support way.
