摘要
基于黑龙江省城乡劳动力一体化现状，对存在的劳动力供给和劳动关系需求进行分析，并为黑龙江省城乡劳动力市场一体化发展推进城乡统筹提供对策和建议，以期调整和优化黑龙江省现有劳动力市场状况，消除城乡差距，改善劳动力市场分割的状态，推进城乡统筹发展。
Abstract
Based on the integrative status of rural and urban labor forces in Heilongjiang Province, we analyzed the existing labor supply and la-bor relation demand. Suggestions were put forward for the integrative development of rural and urban labor markets in Heilongjiang Province, ai-ming at adjusting and optimizing the market status of current labor force in Heilongjiang Province, eliminating urban-rural gap, improving the segmentation status of labor force market, and promoting the coordinative development of urban-rural area.
