摘要

[目的]研究4种桃砧木品种硬枝扦插生根情况。[方法]对4种桃砧木品种进行硬枝扦插生根试验,研究不用砧木品种、通气处理、生根剂浓度处理对其扦插生根的影响。[结果]4个砧木品种中,筑波6号生根率最高,其次是GF677,GF43最低;愈伤组织形成均较多,黑姑娘100%形成愈伤组织,筑波6号次之(87%),GF677最低(24%);扦插30 d后统计均无腐烂情况;通气处理后愈伤组织形成的数量和生根率均有所增加,其中筑波6号最高,GF677次之,GF43最低;ABT生根剂50 mg/L浸泡后生根率和愈伤组织均最高,分别为83%和100%,150~250 mg/L的生根率较低,仅为1%~5%。[结论]4种桃砧木品种中,筑波6号的生根率最高,黑姑娘最容易形成愈伤组织,GF677的生根率和愈伤组织最低。

Abstract

Objective] To research the growth situation of hardwood cuttage rooting of four varieties of peach rootstocks.[Method] Hardwood cuttage rooting test was carried out for four hardwood cuttage rooting.Effects of rootstock, aeration treatment and rooting agent concentration on cutting rooting were researched.[Result] Among the four rootstock varieties, Zhubo 6 had the maximum rooting rate, followed with GF677, and GF43 was the minimum.Callus formation was relatively more.The formation rate of Heiguniang was 100%, followed with Zhubo 6 (87%), and GF677 was the minimum (24 %).After cutting for 30 d, there was no phenomenon of decomposition.After ventilation treat-ment, the callus quantity and rooting rate both increased.Among them, Zhubo 6 was the maximum, followed with GF677;and GF43 was the minimum.After soaking in 50 mg/L ABT rooting agent, rooting rate and callus formation rate were the maximum, which were 83 % and 100%, respectively.150-250 mg/L ABT had relatively low rooting rate, which was only 1%-5%.[Conclusion] Among the four varieties of peach rootstocks, Zhubo 6 has the highest rooting rate; Heiguniang is the easiest to form callus;and GF677 has the lowest rooting rate and callus formation rate.
