摘要

[目的]针对露地番茄制种方式出现的产量低、质量差等问题进行番茄大棚制种试验研究,探寻适合番茄大棚杂交制种技术的方案。[方法]以番茄为试验材料展开试验,研究植株定植密度、整枝方式、花序节位、授粉次数对番茄产量和质量的影响。[结果]番茄杂交制种最佳定植密度为49500~52500株/hm2;最佳整枝方式是双干整枝,双干整枝种子产量可比单干整枝增加25.90%,双干整枝以主干第2、侧枝第1花序的制种效果较好;从节约劳动成本考虑,以2次授粉为最佳重复授粉次数。[结论]该研究可为番茄大棚杂交种生产提供科学的理论指导。

Abstract

Objective] Aiming at the problems of low yield and poor quality of tomato seed seed production in open field , the optimal scheme for tomato hybrid seed production in greemhouse was explored.[Method] Effects of planting density, pruning ways, inflorescence node, polli-nation times on yield and quality of tomato were studied.[Result] The results showed that tomato hybrid seed production optimum planting density was 49 500-52 500 plants/hm2; the best reasonable way of pruning was double pruning method , seed yield of double pruning was higher than alone pruning and increased by 25.9%, seed production effect was better in double pruning in the trunk second and lateral branch first inflorescence;considering from saving labor cost , 2 times was the best repeated pollination.[Conclusion] The study can provide scientif-ic theoretical guidance for tomato hybrid seed production in greenhouse.
