摘要
对云南省部分地区的毒死蜱销售、使用情况及使用者的风险意识进行调查,对使用毒死蜱存在的风险进行分析,针对使用毒死蜱存在的问题提出建议,旨在为食品安全保障提供参考。
Abstract
The sale, usage of chlorpyrifos and users’ risk awareness in part of Yunnan Province was investigated, the existing risks were ana-lyzed.Aiming at the problems in utilizing chlorpyrifos, suggestions were proposed, so as to provide reference for ensuring food safety.
