石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测市售藕粉中重金属Pb和Cd的含量

摘要
[目的]测定市售藕粉中重金属Pb、Cd的含量,为市民安全食用藕粉提供科学依据。[方法]将藕粉进行干法灰化后采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其重金属Pb、Cd含量。[结果]石墨炉原子吸收法测得不同品牌藕粉中 Pb的含量在0.0001930~0.0440200 mg/kg,Cd的含量在0.001433~0.016140 mg/kg,相比国家标准均未超标。[结论]不同产地的藕粉中重金属含量有差异,但供试样品中不同品牌藕粉的Pb、Cd的含量均未超出国家标准,可放心食用。
Abstract
Objective]The aim was to determine Pb, Cd content in lotus root starch sold in market,to provide a scientific basis for human healthy eating.[ Method] The lotus root starch samples were pretreated by dry cineration and then heavy metals content were determined by GFAAS.[Result]The content of Pb in different products of lotus root starch was between 0.000 193 0 to 0.044 020 0 mg/kg, while the con-tent ofCdwas in the range of 0.001 433 to 0.016 140 mg/kg.[Conclusion]The contents of Pb and Cd in 13 commercial brands of lotus root starch are not exceed the national standard, although there are differences in different origins of lotus root starch.All brands of lotus root starch in test are safe to consume.
