摘要

[目的]无需衍生化样品,建立同时快速测定功能性饮料中牛磺酸和咖啡因含量的分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器-电雾式检测器(HPLC-DAD-CAD)法,Poroshell 120 Hillic色谱柱(3.0 mm ×150 mm,2.7μm),乙腈和水不同比例梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL/min,咖啡因的检测波长273 nm,建立标准曲线。功能性饮料经超声处理,用水稀释后,过滤膜,直接上机测定。[结果]试验表明,通过1次进样,同时测定了功能性饮料中牛磺酸和咖啡因的含量,且线性关系良好(r=0.9984和0.9999),平均回收率为86.5%~104.4%,RSD值为0.4%~4.0%,牛磺酸和咖啡因的检出限分别为28.0 ng和3.5 ng。[结论]该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于功能性饮料中牛磺酸和咖啡因的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective] To establish the rapid method for simultaneous determination of taurine and caffeine in functional drinks without deri-vatization samples.[ Method] The high -performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array and charged aerosol detector ( HPLC-DAD-CAD) was conducted on Poroshell 120 Hillic column (3.0 mm ×150 mm, 2.7 μm) with gradient elution.The mobile phase was aceto-nitrile and water, the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, the detection wavelength of caffeine was 273 nm.A standard curve was established.Func-tional drinks were diluted with water after ultrasonic treatment.After the membrane filtration, they were tested directly on the machine.[ Re-sult] The taurine and caffeine in functional drinks were simultaneously detected by a single injection , showing good linear relationship ( r =0.998 4 and 0.999 9).The average recovery was 86.5% -104.4%, RSD was from 0.4% to 4.0%.The limits of detection of taurine and caffeine were 28.0 and 3.5 ng, respectively.[ Conclusion] The HPLC-DAD-CAD method is simple, rapid and sensitive, which can be ap-plied to test taurine and caffeine in functional drinks.
