摘要

[目的]从红色新月蕨和乌毛蕨中提取多糖物质,并检测多糖含量及其对5种菌类的抑菌活性。[方法]采用水提醇沉法对红色新月蕨和乌毛蕨多糖进行提取,并采用苯酚-硫酸比色法和圆形纸片法测定多糖含量以及测量不同浓度不同菌种的抑菌圈直径。[结果]红色新月蕨的多糖比乌毛蕨的多糖在含量上多0.3%,红色新月蕨和乌毛蕨的多糖对藤黄八叠球菌的抑菌圈直径分别可达33.0和21.3 mm,红色新月蕨多糖对酵母菌的抑菌圈直径为15.0 mm,乌毛蕨多糖对青霉菌的抑菌圈直径为22.0 mm,红色新月蕨和乌毛蕨多糖的最小抑菌浓度均集中在5~15 mg/mL。[结论]红色新月蕨和乌毛蕨多糖可作为功能性多糖加以开发。

Abstract

Objective] The aim was to extract polysaccharide from Pronephrium lakhimpurense and Blechnum orientale, detect polysaccharide content and its antimicrobial activity.[ Method] Polysaccharide from P.lakhimpurnense and B.orientale were extracted through ethanol subsi-ding method.The polysaccharide content and antimicrobial activity was tested through the circle agar disc diffusion and MIC testing method. [Result] The polysaccharide content in P.lakhimpurnense was 0.3% more than that in B.orientale, P.lakhimpurnense and B.orientale poly-saccharide showed the antimicrobial acticity against Sarcina lutea, the inhibition zone was up to 33.0 mm and 21.3 mm.The inhibition zone of P.lakhimpurnense polysaccharides against Saccharomyces carlsbergensis was 15.0 mm.The inhibition zone of B.orientale polysaccharides a-gainst Penicillium chrysogenum was 22.0 mm.The minimal inhibitory concentration of polysaccharides from P.lakhimpurnense and B.orientale was in the range of 5-15 mg/mL.[ Conclusion] Polysaccharide from P.lakhimpurense and B.orientale could be used as functional polysac-charide.
