摘要
对水飞蓟组织培养中外植体来源、愈伤组织诱导、再生植株诱导、毛状根诱导以及组织培养物中活性成分等方面进行了综述，以期为解决水飞蓟的资源需求以及以组织培养为基础的基因与代谢工程研究提供理论及技术指导。
Abstract
We summarized the explant source, callus induction, regeneration induction, hairy roots induction and active components in tissue culture of Silybum marianum ( L.) Gaertn.This research aimed to provide theoretical and technical guidance for the resource demand of S.maria-num and the genetic and metabolic engineering research based on tissue culture .
