摘要
基于O2O与电子商务的理论背景,分析了线下体验线上销售模式应用于食用菌产品运营中的可行性,运用SWOT方法分析了该方法的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,构建了食用菌产品线下体验线上销售平台,并从财务成本管理的角度对该模式的成本与盈利进行了简要分析。结果表明,线下体验线上销售模式的应用会使得企业内部成本控制得到进一步优化,能降低促销成本,改变企业的分销战略,增加企业的营业外收入,降低交易成本。
Abstract
Based on theoretical background of O2O and e-commerce, the feasibility of applying offline experience and online sale mode in opera-tion of edible fungus products was analyzed.Using SWOT method, advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and threats were analyzed.The plat-form of offline experience and online sale of edible fungus products was constructed , the cost and profit of the mode was analyzed from perspective of financial cost management .The results showed that application of the mode could further optimize enterprise internal cost control , reduce pro-motion cost, change the distribution strategy, increase operaton income and decrease transaction cost.
