摘要
[目的]分析豫综5号糯质化改良取样的可行性,明确选取的样品是否具有代表性。[方法]采用田间种植、室内测量等方法对豫综5号的894个单株进行调查和数据处理。[结果]894个单株穗位高变异系数为19.9%,单穗重变异系数为35.1%,穗长变异系数为18.1%,穗行数变异系数为19.7%,行粒数变异系数为22.5%,单穗粒重变异系数为36.3%。[结论]这些性状在各单株之间变异比较大,能够代表豫综5号进行糯质化改良。
Abstract
Objective] To analyze the feasibility of the sampling of improved waxy in maize Yuzong 5, and to detect whether the selected sam-ples was representative.[ Method] A total of 894 plants of Yuzong 5 were investigated and the data were processed by field planting and indoor measurement.[Result] Variable coefficients ear height, weight per ear, ear length, row ear number, kernels per row and grain weight per spike of 894 plants were 19.9%, 35.1%, 18.1%, 19.7%, 22.5%, 36.3%, respectively.[Conclusion] These characters have relatively great vari-ation among plants, and can represent Yuzong 5 to carry out waxy improvement.
