摘要

[目的]探讨不同药剂浸种对茄子种子发芽的影响,以提高种子发芽率。[方法]研究不同浓度的NaCl、MgSO4、CaCl2和KNO3溶液浸种对多美佳茄子种子发芽的影响。[结果]各浓度的药剂浸种均对茄子种子发芽有促进的作用,发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数均明显增加,平均发芽天数减少。[结论]以20 g/L KNO3处理效果最为明显,茄子种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数分别为75.27%、93.83%和64.23,平均发芽天数为4.00 d。

Abstract

Objective] The aim was to discuss the effects of different medicaments soaking on seed germination of Solanum melongena, to im-prove seed germination rate.[ Method] Effects of different concentrations NaCl, MgSO4 , CaCl2 and KNO3 solution on seed germination of Duomeijia S.melongena were studied[Result] The results showed that each concentration of medicament promoted the germination of S.melon-gena seeds.The germination energy, germination rate, and germination index increased significantly and average germination days decreased. [Conclusion] At all the chemical reagents or concentrations, KNO3(20 g/L) was the best, and the germination energy was 75.27%, germina-tion rate was 93.83%, and germination index was 64.23, the average germination time was 4.00 day.
