摘要

[目的]测定土壤样品中22种PAEs,建立检测与评价方法。[方法]应用高效液相色谱-质谱联用(HPLC-MS/MS)法,以多反应监测扫描方式测定22种塑化剂(PAEs)。[结果]被检测样品在添加水平为0.50~2.00 mg/kg时,22种PAEs类化合物检测质量浓度范围为0.10~3.00 mg/L,具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r>0.9900,拟合出线性方程;回收率为80.20%~139.50%,检出限值为0.0001~0.0500 mg/kg。[结论]建立了PAEs类化合物的HPLC-MS/MS检测方法,该方法适合应用于土壤中PAEs类化合物的残留分析。

Abstract

Objective] The aim was to determine 22-PAEs in soil samples and establish detection and evaluation method.[Method] By using HPLC-MS/MS method, 22-PAEs were determined with multi reaction monitoring scanning mode.[Result] Detection of samples at the level of 0.50 to 2.00 mg/kg, 22 kinds of PAEs compounds in the detection of mass concentration range:0.10-3.00 mg/L with a good linear rela-tionship, the correlation coefficient r >0.990 0, the linear equation was obtained; recovery rate was 80.20%-139.50%, detection limit was 0.000 1-0.050 0 mg/kg.[Conclusion] HPLC-MS/MS detection method for PAEs compounds is established, which is suitable for resi-due analysis of PAEs compounds in soil.
