摘要
从黄瓜霜霉菌的病原菌和发病特点、发病规律、影响发病的因素、分子标记、抗霜霉病基因相关的分离、鉴定等方面综述了黄瓜抗霜霉病的相关分子生物学领域的研究进展，并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Abstract
Research progress of the molecular biology of cucumber downy mildew was reviewed from the aspects of the characteristics , occur-rence regularity, molecular marker, pathogen of cucumber downy mildew, related isolation and identification of downy mildew gene.The di-rection of future research was forecasted.
