消除贫困的精准扶贫长效机制的建立--以麻城市乘马岗镇为例

摘要
对麻城市乘马岗镇的精准扶贫工作和经济发展现状进行了调研，认为精准扶贫的重点是贫因户的精准识别，从组织、实施与评估3个层面提出并讨论了精准扶贫动态管理体系的要点；分析了乘马岗镇的庭院经济、村域经济和乡镇经济发展特点，提出了因地制宜发展乡镇经济，建立消除贫困的长效保障机制的对策建议。
Abstract
The accurate poverty alleviation work and economic development status of Chengmagang Town in Macheng City were investigated. The key of accurate poverty alleviation was the accurate identification of poverty family .The key points of accurate poverty alleviation manage-ment system were discussed from three layers of organization, implementation and estimation.Development characteristics of courtyard econo-my, rural economy and county economy were analyzed in Chengmagang Town .Countermeasures were put forward, such as developing county economy according to the local conditions, and establishing a long-term effective mechanism to eliminate poverty.
