摘要
以武陵山区农户调查为例，基于农户需求角度，探讨新时期扶贫工作开展的状况。首先建立农户政策满意度指标，对比分析各项扶贫政策实施效果及满意度综合排名；然后将农户按收入水平分组，对农户评价进行Probit回归分析；再次基于分析得出不同收入水平的农户对扶贫政策需求评价不同的结论，提出一些调整并完善扶贫政策方案的对策与建议。
Abstract
Taking peasant household in Wuling mountainous area as example , based on peasants’ demand, the poverty alleviation work in new period was discussed.First, farmers’ satisfaction degree on policy was established, the implementation effect of each poverty alleviation policy and satisfaction degree ranking was compared and analyzed;farmers were grouped according to income level , Probit regression analysis was con-ductded on farmers evaluation;it was concluded that farmers with different income level had various demands on poverty alleviation policy , sever-al countermeasures and suggestions for adjusting and perfecting policy alleviation policy were put forward .
