摘要

以浙江省嘉善县为研究区,应用高分一号影像数据,通过面向对象分类方法提取永久基本农田范围内坑塘、苗木地等非粮化区域,总体分类精度为0.846,Kappa系数为0.875。结果表明,利用高分辨率国产卫星影像,能够快速、准确地提取永久基本农田非粮化面积和分布,为永久基本农田非粮化程度的快速监测和评估,合理管控和引导耕地用途提供可靠的参考。

Abstract

With Jiashan County in Zhejiang Province as the research region, GF-1 image data were applied.Object-oriented classification meth-od was used to extract the non-grain zones in permanent basic farmland , such as ponds and nursery trees .The overall classification accuracy was 0.846;and Kappa coefficient was 0.875.Results showed that high resolution domestically-produced satellite images could rapidly and accurately detect and estimate the non-grain area and distribution of permanent basic farmlands , which provided rapid monitoring and estimation of non-grain degree of permanent basic farmlands, and offered reliable references for rational management and guidance of farmland use .
