农学专业“卓越农艺师”实践教学方案探索--以安徽农业大学为例

摘要
根据“卓越农艺师”人才培养目标和培养内容,为满足人才培养模式改革及学生关键能力培养的需要,笔者对本科实践教学的基本专业技能训练、专业实践能力训练及专业综合能力训练等教学内容、方案及考核标准进行研究,同时分析企业实践教学方案及考核机制,旨在探索“卓越农艺师”人才培养中实践教学模式改革,为新形势下进一步提高农学专业实践教学质量提供参考。
Abstract
According to “excellent agronomist” talents training objective and contents, in order to meet the needs of the reform of personnel training mode and the development cultivation of students’ key abilities, the basic professional skills training, the professional practical ability training and comprehensive ability training were studied, meanwhile, enterprise practical teaching scheme and assessment mechanism were ana-lyzed, the aim was to explore reform of practical teaching mode in “excellent agronomist” talents training, to provide reference for further impro-ving practical teaching quality of agronomy major under new situation .
