盘龙江青萍的磷污染指示性研究

摘要
[目的]判断青萍是否可以作为盘龙江磷污染的指示性生物。[方法]以青萍作为研究对象,研究青萍对磷的耐受程度,分实验室培养和野外调查。[结果]实验室培养条件下,青萍可以在磷浓度0.1~15.0 mg/L的培养液中正常生长。野外调查盘龙江各采样点磷浓度(0.07~0.47 mg/L)的青萍分布情况:上游河段没有出现,中游河段有出现,下游河段多度增加。[结论]青萍至少可以指示2类水以上的水质,有青萍出现的水体已经受到磷污染。
Abstract
Objective] To study the lemna minor indicative of phosphorus pollution in Panlong River.[Methods] Laboratory cultivation and field survey were carried.[Results] In laboratory cultivation condition: lemna minor can grow normally in culture solution with phosphorus concentration of 0.1 mg/L to 15 mg/L.In field survey condition, the phosphorus concentration at each sampling point in Panlong River was 0.07 mg/L to 0.47 mg/L.Distribution of lemna minor: no distribution in upper reaches, slight distribution in middle reaches, more abun-dance in low reaches.[Conclusion] Lemma minor can indicate the water quality above grade II, and water with appearance of lemna minor in-dicates phosphorus pollution.
