摘要
[目的]研究3,5-二羟基甲苯与L-肌肽对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。[方法]从新鲜蜜梨中提取酪氨酸酶,以邻苯二酚为底物,研究3,5-二羟基甲苯、L-肌肽对酪氨酸酶活性的影响。[结果] 3,5-二羟基甲苯与L-肌肽对酪氨酸酶均有一定的抑制作用。[结论] L-肌肽对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用强于3,5-二羟基甲苯。
Abstract
Objective] To study the inhibition effect of 3,5-dihydroxytoluene (DHT) and L-camosine on tyrosinase activity.[Method] The effects of 3,5-dihydroxytoluene and L-camosine on the activity of tyrosinase extracted from fresh snow pear were analyzed with catechol as sub-strate.[Result] Both 3,5-dihydroxytoluene and L-camosine had certain inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity.[Conclusion] The inhibition effect of L-camosine on tyrosinase activity was stronger than that of 3,5-dihydroxytoluene.
