摘要

[目的]研究狭苞橐吾 Ligularia intermedia的化学成分。[方法]采用甲醇提取,经硅胶柱层析和重结晶等方法提取分离活性成分,通过波谱技术进行结构鉴定。[结果]得到7种化合物,分别为蜂斗菜素(Ⅰ)、8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-diolide(Ⅱ)、蒲公英甾醇(Ⅲ)、2-acetyl -5,6-dimetboxybenzofuran(Ⅳ)、8β-metboxyeremophil -7(11)-en-6α,15;8α,12-diolide (Ⅴ)、euparone(Ⅵ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。[结论]化合物Ⅲ~Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective] To study the chemical components of Ligularia intermedia.[ Method] Active components were isolated from L.inter-media by methanol extraction, silica column chromatography, and recrystallization, and their structures were determined by spectral analysis. [Result] Eight compounds were isolated from L.intermedia, including petasitin (Ⅰ), 8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(4β,6α)-di-olide(Ⅱ), taraxasterol (Ⅲ), 2-acetyl-5,6-dimetboxybenzofuran (Ⅳ), 8β-metboxyeremophil-7(11)-en-6α,15;8α,12-diolide (Ⅴ), eup-arone (Ⅵ), and daucosterol (Ⅶ).[Conclusion] Compounds Ⅲ-Ⅵ were firstly isolated from the plant.
