蛋鸡群沙门氏菌的监测

摘要
[目的]了解蛋鸡场沙门氏菌的感染情况。[方法]采用沙门氏菌抗原和抗体检测方法对2012～2015年采集的广东省蛋鸡场样品进行检测。采用ELISA方法对1784血清样品进行了肠炎沙门氏菌和1387份血清样品进行了鼠伤寒沙门氏菌抗体检测；采用凝集试验方法对1391份血清样品进行了鸡白痢沙门氏菌抗体检测；采用细菌培养、PCR方法对采自广东省的活鸡／死鸡、环境拭子等1458份样品进行了沙门氏菌检测。[结果]肠炎、鼠伤寒、鸡白痢3种血清型沙门氏菌抗体的阳性率分别为16．70％、10．09％和1．01％；沙门氏菌抗原检测的阳性率为1．65％。[结论]蛋鸡群中存在肠炎、鼠伤寒、鸡白痢等3种沙门氏菌不同程度的感染，但是蛋鸡群的总体感染率不高。
Abstract
Objective] To study infection of laying hens with salmonella.[Method] The antigen and antibody of salmonella in laying hens collected from Guangdong Province during 2012-2015 were detected.ELISA method and aggregation test were used to detect the antibody ti-ter of serum samples about Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella pullorum, and then germiculture and PCR were used to check out salmonella from chickens and environment swabs.[Result] Positive rates of three kinds of antibody were 16.70%, 10.09% and 1.01% respectively, while the positive rate of salmonella antigen was 1.65%.[Conclusion] The laying hens are infected with the three kinds of salmonella, but their infection rates were not high on the whole.
