复合益生菌对昆明小鼠生长性能和肠道酶活性的影响

摘要
[目的]探讨饲料中添加复合益生菌对断奶小鼠的安全性及其肠道酶活性的影响。[方法]以蜡样芽孢杆菌B1-1、蜡样芽孢杆菌JC128和乳酸杆菌SL1-5制备复合益生菌剂。以复合益生菌饲喂昆明小鼠,评价其安全性,并分析其对断奶昆明小鼠生长性能、肠道纤维素酶活和蛋白酶活力的影响。[结果]此3株菌株制备的复合益生菌安全的较好,能显著提高昆明小鼠日增重。试验组的小鼠在饲喂含有复合益生菌制剂的添加剂后,其肠道内的蛋白酶活和纤维素酶活都明显高于对照组。[结论]复合益生菌能够显著提高昆明小鼠的生长性能和肠道内酶活力。
Abstract
Objective] To research the effects of adding compound probiotics in feed on the growth performance and intestinal protease activity in post-weaning Konmin mice.[Method] Three probiotic strains (Bacillus cereus B1-1, Bacillus cereus JC10-8 and Lactobacillus SL1-5) were prepared for compound probiotics.Konmin mice were fed by the compound probiotics so as to evaluate its safety .Effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance,protease activity and cellulase activity of post-weaning Konmin mice were researched.[Result] These strains were se-cure,and significantly increased the daily body weight gain of Konmin mice.After adding compound probiotics in mice feed in test group,the pro-tease activity and cellulase activity were significantly higher than those in control group .[ Conclusion] Compound probiotics greatly enhances the growth performances and intestinal enzyme activities in Konmin mice .
