摘要

[目的]筛选出辽东楤木最佳萌发条件,同时对其栽培技术进行研究。[方法]以黑龙江省辽东楤木种子为材料,采用正交设计方法对种子进行处理,根据萌发数来确定最适宜的浸种时间、培养温度以及赤霉素浓度,最后总结辽东楤木栽培技术。[结果]当赤霉素浓度为200 mg/L、浸种时间为12 h、培养温度为25°C时,辽东楤木种子萌发数最佳。采用试验中的栽培技术,辽东楤木栽培苗的成活率以及品质得以提高。[结论]该研究为辽东楤木的生产和培育提供了理论基础。

Abstract

Objective] To select the optimal germination conditions of Aralia elata and study its cultivation techniques.[Method]Seeds of A. elata in Heilongjiang Province wereused as research subjects , and the seeds were treated through an orthogonal experiment .According to the seed germination rate of A.elata, the most appropriate seed soaking time, culture temperature and gibberellin concentration were determined.Besides, cultivation techniques of A.elata were summarized.[Result] When gibberellin concentration was 200 mg/L, seed soaking time was 12 h, culture temperature was 25℃, the seed germination rate of A.elata was the best.After the cultivation techniques were adopted, the survival rate and quality of A.elata seedlings were improved.[Conclusion]The study can provide theoretical basis for the production and breeding of A.elata.
